Certifications

Our Caregivers agree to provide Courageous Home Care with the following information before starting employment:

• Completed and signed employment application
  • These are available in our office 
• Current TB skin test or chest X-ray
  • To be updated annually 
• National background check
  • We perform this here in our office
• CPR and First Aid certification from an accredited program
  • To be updated annually
• CNA or PCA license
  • We provide a PCA test upon request
• Drivers license
• Social security card
