We understand the uneasiness of having strangers serving in a member's home. We operate with a high ethical code and we expect our staff to honor those same standards.

Agency assures member protection

• State of Georgia criminal background checks (GCHEXS) 
• Valid and clear Motor Vehicle Record
• Previous Occupation performance check
• Bonded
• Liability Insurance protection
• Workers Compensation protection

Quality of Caregiver

• Certified: CPR, Basic first aid, and TB skin test
• Experienced: CNA, PCA
• Motivated/Passionate: 8 hours of training every year

Orientation

• Skills checked every 60 to 90 days
• Employee guidelines, expectations, policies and procedures
